We appreciated its exceptionally nice and unbeatable location.

The room was reasonably large and quiet and offered hair dryers, a bidet, and bath sheets, so that guests had essentials.

relais & maison grand tour exceeded my expectations during our overnight stay in florence. our host ulrikke was incredibly friendly and made us feel welcome. the suite was quiet, tastefully decorated, and well-stocked with amenities. the location was perfect, with major attractions and a tram station nearby.

Shower was too small.

the room was absolutely perfect, splendid, the bed was exceptionally comfortable. coffee/tea making equipment, a fridge, and glassware were a nice touch.

The hotel was in a central setting near to everything. You can find Mangiafuoco Bracerie close to the venue to a have lunch. Booked a double room, that included a kettle and an instant coffee. I thoroughly enjoyed its view over inner courtyard.

Shame the bathroom was quite small.

We appreciated the map given upon arrival and the packet of attraction information, but it was clear that these were standard for all guests. the location was convenient, near popular shops and restaurants. Our room was clean, but small. We enjoyed the breakfast basket delivered to our room each morning.

The first night, there was a loud party in the courtyard outside of our room. Despite calling the front desk, the noise continued until late at night.

There were some minor maintenance issues, such as a shower fixture that didn't work correctly, but overall, this hotel offers great value for those on a budget.

The beds were comfortable and clean, which is always a plus when traveling. The location was also great, close to all the main attractions and in a quiet area. We appreciated the daily housekeeping service, it added an extra touch of comfort to our stay.

The rooms were quite small and cramped, making it difficult to move around. Another negative aspect was that there was no breakfast included, which was a bit disappointing as we were hoping to have a quick meal before heading out for the day.
